Beginning with the official MBTI assessment, participants will understand the framework of the Jung-Myers and Myers-Briggs theory while engaging in exercises to assist in understanding their best-fit type.
After an initial understanding of type and preferences, session topics can expand into leadership, communication, change, and more.

A three part training series, totaling 4 1/2 clock hours, participants will learn three leadership competencies, nine practical strategies, and a planning system to help jumpstart their leadership journey. This training is packed with opportunities for reflection, an array of assessments, and preparation for application. Based on the book, The Series for Emerging Leaders, participants will be engaged theory and practice.
